JAY, SCOTT R., Esq., 59, of N. Miami Beach, passed peacefully on May 10, 2012, after a brief illness. Scott was a 1970 graduate of Miami Beach Sr. High, a respected member of the Florida Bar, & a well known civic leader. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marita; loving daughter, Jennifer; adored sisters Marla (Neuman) Pollack & Vicki (Victor) Weinstein; cherished nieces Gayle Pollack Greenberg, Jodi Weinstein, Debra Weinstein Minoff & nephew Adam Pollack; & a bounty of friends & admirers who were uplifted by his can-do leadership, generosity of spirit & accomplished community service.
