This memorial website was created in memory of Shawn F. Mitchell. He was born on September 9, 1982 and passed away on July 24, 2017, spending a short 34 years with us.  He was a free spirit, roaming the earth as he pleased, living and loving life.  Shawn, at a young age, faced the diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma and attempted to live life to its fullest despite the diagnosis and subsequent treatments. He was incredibly artistic, making beautiful artwork and deep poetry/lyrics.  He was a master at creating one-of-a-kind tattoos.  Shawn loved his family and the friends he had in his life.  He was like a leaf in the wind, going wherever the wind took him.  He was taken too soon from us and will be forever missed.
