Downtown Toronto, the weekend, Shirley meets a handsome fellow named Jack.  The year is 1955, and they date off and on, and eventually fall In love.  January 12, 1957, they tie the knot, a big wedding at St. Joseph’s Cathedral.  After the ceremony and reception they wisped off to New York City for their honeymoon.  It wasn’t long before Jack and Shirley were parents to their first born, a girl, Colleen Magdalene, born May 27th, one day after Dad’s birthday!  Then came Kathleen Ann, and Brenda Louise, and if three girls weren’t enough, ten years  later Lisa Mae arrived! And the Fell family was complete

January 23, 1937, the day Shirley Pauline Yuryk came into this word!  Proud parents, Thelma and Paul Yuryk of Winnipeg.  First born, but soon to come, elder sister to Marlene, Christopher, Debbie and Tracey.  Growing up mom took care of her siblings, especially Chris, who she was like a mother to.  She moved to Toronto at a young age, went to school, raised Roman Catholic, was baptized, had her First Holy Communion and Confirmation.  In her early years mom worked for Consumers Gas and the bank.   She spent her weekends with her best friend Yvonne, going to dances, Roller Skating and sipping soda’s, then she met Jack, and the real story began..
