Shortly after I married Ben's mother Judy Ben lived with us in Plymouth for a while, one winter day it snowed about three feet and our driveway was about 50 yards long. I was shoveling the drive and after about 10 feet I was beat and ready to quit, it was about 1:00 am. A 4 x 4 truck pulled up bringing Ben home for the night....Ben walked up to me and took the shovel from me and said...I'll shovel the drive old man, you can go inside now. Two hours later Ben came inside and the driveway shoveled. Ben was just a great kid, he would do anything for a friend or an old man in need. Ben was always thinking of everyone else and that's a rare quality.
