I miss you so much mum n love you even more, I wish you was here to see how I am now without being in hospital every 5 mins n to meet Jason I hope u would of loved him xx I love u mum happy birthday xx

I love u so much and I miss you like mad it's just not fair I have moved on so much n just wish you was here to see it.
