The story of Shrimati Suseela Gera has been written by our Lord Jesus. Born and raised in Salur, a small town in Vizianagram district close to Vizag in Andhra Pradesh state, she was married to Shri Gera Adams in 1969 and started her married life in Chennai, India. She travelled and lived in many cities with her husband getting posted every few years whilst he worked for Indian Air Force and Indian Oil Corporation. She lived in Chennai,Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Baroda, Agra learning the local culture and language and became well versed. 

She raised two boys in the fear and knowledge of Lord Jesus in the Christian faith always setting an example with her tender loving care. She was always known to be gentle, kind, loving and friendly in her interactions. 

She breathed her last in her Ameerpet, Hyderabad home on 19th May leaving behind a grieving family.

When Mr. Adams asked The Lord, why her sudden departure, he was reminded immediately of Psalms 31:15 "my times are in your hand" Psalms 94:19 "when my anxious thoughts multiply with in me,your consolations delight my soul."

She had imbibed the nine qualities of fruits of spirit in her living, attitude and behavior.

She was an excellent wife far above jewels, her husband trusted her, she did good and no evil all the days of her life. Many daughters have done nobly, but she excelled them all with Praises from her husband and children. Charm is deceitful and beauty is in vain,but a woman who fears The Lord shall be praised which is very much apt to her.She was kept as a light to the heathen as per IS:49:6.

She had set her boundaries and never did she cross her limits despite more opportunities. She extended her hands to the needy with out any expectations.
