"Hi Dad I graduated from my music course learnt heaps haven't taken it any further as yet and haven't gotten into a band yet ... I also have 2 more grand children the new additions are Harper and Lilee, they are growing fine ... Laxon plays rugby and at the moment he is always winning the player of the day, he is a good little player and he just may make it into the all blacks if his Dad Campbell has his way lol ... Ive met an Aunty your cousin and we are traveling to the coast this week me for a meeting at Te Kautuku out Rangitukia ... Ive been also going to meetings for the blocks at Manakau this Aunty Mere is wanting to give me shares in the blocks down there and I will look after her as we are meant to be purchasing a house together so she has some one as her son is dying and she only had one ... Ive also got myself a partner not sure what your thoughts would be his name is Ray Eynon Dad i hope you like him and yes I had married his brother and had Richard and Kory to him but always had a strong desire and love for him ... he never forgot me and was my hero back when days wer wrong and treatment towards me was ugly ... he can play the guitar really well, and I'm sure you would have had fun jamming with him well dad he most proberly couldn't ever provide for me but that's ok cause I am independent and I need companionship and he is who i chose... but Dad you are still in my thoughts and heart and me doing what I do I feel as if I've been given another chance to relive a life that had been swiped away from me when you got killed ... but doing the courses I'm doing has taken a lot of the pain away and God is my universe you are my Dad and I love you always"

I still have my horses and hope to find a bigger place for us to live with plenty of grass for them and as you would remember I always loved the country ... I am a lot happy now even tho still nervous about what im learning and doing the gigs ...I can only hope to be more confident as the time goes on with it ...
