We used to play pine cone ways with neighborhood kids. Gene, William and Donald had a tree house. Gene and William could jump from the treehouse to the ground… Terry tried to do so once, landed his arm on the tree root and broke his arm/wrist. Had a plaster cast on for several weeks… he hated it because it itched.

My Daddy bought Terry a ten speed bike once. Terry was too small & short for it. My Daddy moved the handle bars for Terry… but Terry would have take bike to the stairs, lay it sideways and “hop” onto the seat… a few times he missed the seat and “ouch”. Poor thin

Terry was scared of the animals. The pigeons would fly on his head and peck his head or ears… tha Turkey’s acted as the we’re going to flog him… funny was when hog broke down wall of the pen and chased Terry across the yard, because still had the feed in his hand… did not drop it.
