I was Mary Powell when I worked with Billie for some 27 years at the Cotton Dept. She was a diligent worker, a good person and fun to be around. I saw her at Lanier Nursing Home several weeks ago, but had not managed to get back. I am so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you as you go through this trying time.

I used to live on south 6th ave. when I was growing up and worked with her husband in Lanett Mill during the summers. My condolences to all the family, may God give you strength and comfort during your time of sorrow. God bless you all!!
