Theresa Parker-Sweeney was actually born Julia Therese Sweeney and she came into this world at 4:40am on August, 11 1931 at Evangelical Hospital in Chicago. She passed away peacefully on the evening of March 16, 2021 and she will be dearly missed. Theresa was a daughter, sister, wife, mother of 4, friend, grandmother, great grandmother, nurse, dancer, educator, adventurer, climber and nature lover. She lived a very full life with many accomplishments, adventures, triumphs, and successes.
