Remembering you Dad and miss you! Love, Martha

Thinking of you both on those wonderful holiday dinners we shared, especially on July 4th and Thanksgiving when we Brits felt so out of place and you made us welcome. Additionally, dear Tom, you were the finest and the most sincere Republican I ever met.

How we all missed you and Bud at my 90th birthday reception!!! It was wonderful to have so many family from 11 states, yet it needed you to make it complete. However the memorial service with two empty chairs tipped to the table helped me to feel that you were truly there in spirit. God bless you always, as we remember two great brothers/dads and all the good times we shared and treasure! Love, Sis  .

Dear Dee and Family, I am so sorry to learn of your loss. I did not know Tom, but based on how wonderful you (Dee) and your three sons are, I am sure I would have loved Tom. May you all find comfort in the memories you share.

To the Tom Cox family- I offer my deepest sympathies as my dear friend and sister to Tom, Dee Cox Peterson, is deeply effected with this loss. I raise you all up as a family and especially Dee with the loss of her last sibling. I just lost my second parent, dear mother, after 10 months in Hospice. I miss them both daily for the Character and peace they have brought me, in God. God Bless!

Uncle Tom will always be fondly remembered in our household. Deepest condolences to Aunt Diane, my Mom, and my cousins and their families.

Dear Diane. My condolences to you and your family. Tom was a great guy and I always think fondly of our fun days on the tennis court -you with the funny serve and Tom with that big smile and long reach.

Sweet smile, unfailingly cheerful, and such a gentle man.
It is a comfort that he shed of that illness.

Diane; I'm so sorry to hear the news about Tom. We had many good times with both of you playing tennis etc. up at the WRC.

Happy Father's Day Dad - I remember so many years when we went canoeing and had a fun BBQ in the park afterwards and of course your favorite, strawberry rhubarb pie. We all miss you and especially today.

Tom was one of my oldest friends,a perfect gentleman and
someone I always found to have a sincerity and warmth that
made him a very special person. I'll miss him terribly.

Tom your laugh will always be with me. Thanks for sharing New Zealand with us and so graciously opening your home when I needed family. Hallelujah,

Eva & I were walking in the neighborhood when Nature called. And became ever more insistent. We were near the Cox home so went up & knocked. We told Tom we were friends of Diane & asked to use the bathroom. He had a bemused smile, but ever the gentleman, said "Of course". I wondered what he said to Diane later--about the two bold alleged friends of hers who had dropped by. Love the pix!

Of course, he is forever Mr. Cox to me......! He had so many interests in the world but could focus so intently on the matter at hand - small or large - it had his attention.  I do remember him enjoying Ruscoe Road and the pond area. He would wave at us next door or say hi when I ventured over to visit Martha.  Wonderful pictures in the scrolling tribute - enjoyed seeing the changes.

I remember Tom's everlasting smile and deep laugh, and bright eyes

So many memories of happy times with my wonderful Dad! He loved us all very much.
