I worked with Tom on the busway, when I first joined the crew, Tom was the first guy to say hi, the first guy to show me the ropes, he was always a beam of happiness & joy, and he couldn't do enough for people, I've thought about Tom a lot over the years, even though I knew him a short while, he left an indelible mark on me.
