Tom, I can't believe it's been one year since you left us. On numerous occasions I've looked at old pictures on my phone and quietly spoke to you. How your pain could have been so much that this is how it had to end. On my worst days I have put on the bracelet you sent me during my troubles and remember you and remember that my problems will pass, but missing a friend is forever. You smile, even in photos, still lights up a room. I miss you my dear friend.  Now and Always.

I didn't know Tom as well as many of you, i work at the grooming salon that groomed lil mo in delray beach. He was one of our favorite customers, he was such a kind man, incredibly nice, there was never a bad experience with him. He loved his dog so much, whenever he dropped him off he would make it a spa day for the both of them. I remember my son came in once when he was picking mo up and he talked to him and my son played with mo. My son was wearing his "purse" and tom so graciously gave him a dollar for his wallet, that was the kind of person i always thought him to be, one who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else in need. He had just brought mo the day before his passing and i remember him bring us cookies. Its so sad to hear of his passing but he was a good man so i know god has him in his glory.

Uncle Tommy, it's been a while since I seen you but I will never forget your laugh or your smile, I love you and will always miss you. Always remember being so exited when I'd get your letters and your m&my gifts.you were a great person and I wish my kids could of gotten to know you. Forever love, Leslie Dylan and Lydia.

My high school years were filled with so much laughter because of you! One of my favorite memories was skipping Algebra 2 to teach you how to drive a stick shift! After high school, when we ran into each other intermittently, it was always accompanied with big hugs and laughter. Then there was Facebook and your wonderful quick wit, humor, and genuine love and compassion. I will miss you, dear friend. The world was a much better place for you having been in it!

I had the pleasure of working closely with Tom while he served as Vice President of Lambda Chi Alpha. He was always there for his friends and always had a smile and encouraging words. Honored to have shared the magic carpet ride with Tom.

Your smile could light up the darkest room. You brought fun and enthusiasm to everything you did. You made friends wherever you found yourself. You will always be the brightest star in the sky that was dimmed too quickly.  I smile when I think about the last time we saw each other, but I cry now knowing this time you'll never wake. You will be missed so much and always loved for the joy you brought. Miss you my friend. xoxoxoxoxoxo
