Ms. Tracy Sabrina McCants, the daughter of Mr. Larkin R. McCants, Sr. and the late Mrs. Billie Jean Carter McCants was born July 11, 1968 in Valley, Alabama. She departed this life Monday, October 6, 2014 at her sister’s resident in Lanett, AL.

 

Tracy accepted Jesus at an early age. She united with Rehoboth Baptist Church and sang in the youth choir and adult choir. Tracy was a faithful member and loved her church. She served until her health began to fail, but continued to attend until God called.

 

Tracy leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving and devoted father, Larkin R. McCants, Sr, Valley, AL; five brothers, Larkin R. McCants, Jr., Columbus, GA, Terry McCants, Trent (Chureka) McCants, Eric McCants and Edward Shealey all of Valley, AL; five sisters, Priscilla McCants, Barbara Little both of Valley, AL; Debra(Vernon) Currington, Atlanta, GA ;Jennifer Heard and Sandra(Stanley) Roberts, Sr. both of Lanett, AL; a nephew that she reared as her own, Stantavious Roberts, Lanett, AL; uncles and aunts, Franklin McCants, Mary Carter, Virginia(Benny) Bennett, Willie Carter all of Valley, AL; Marion Barker, Lanett, AL; Linda Sue Kimbrough, Alice Berg and Barbara Weaver all of Tampa, FL; Jeffery Weaver and Christine Weaver both of Columbus, GA; Linda Weaver of Phenix City, AL; Kelvin Weaver of Durham, NC; David Weaver of Montgomery, AL; Mack Weaver, New York, New York; three special friends, Penny Newton, Trina Trammell, and Rhonda Davidson all of Lanett, AL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
