Mrs. Sapp was born May 5, 1942 in The Philippines to the late Eulogio Colico Deratas and Florencia Locana Pesolmo.

She was a loving wife and mother, and attended Macedonia Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her husband, Donald Sapp; one son, Armando Deratas Cedro; a number of relatives living in the Philippines; and other relatives and friends from the Franklin area.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Rolando Deratas Cedro.
