Brenda and my condolences to Arlie and family. I was in medical school with Walt. He was such a great guy then and clearly so well loved by his patients throughout the years. There really is no better tribute than to be loved by one’s family and those we serve.

My family and I were so lucky to have Dr. Koslowski as our family doctor when we moved to Milton in 1978. He was caring, dedicated and professional and was always there for us. It is with great sadness that we heard of his sudden passing and wish him peace and may God bless him and his family.

To Arlie and her family. I was deeply saddened to learn of Dr Koslowski’s passing.
My three years in the office with Sandra, Marian, Dr Hester and Dr. Kos and all the wonderful patients holds some very special memories. He was such a kind thoughtful man who enjoyed life to the fullest. There were not enough hours in the day for Dr Kos to accomplish all that he felt obligated to achieve, but somehow he managed.
So thankful that my path in life lead me to know Dr. Koslowski and his family.

Cheryl Timbers.

I’m sorry to learn of the passing Dr Koslowski. I didn’t have the good fortune to meet him but feel I knew who a wee bit through the many stories Susan told me. It sounded as if he a storybook life. Sending lots of love to the entire family.

Our sincerest condolences to Arlie and all the family.
We had many good times at Dr. Don's court in Milton and also Hilton Head, where we played tennis every morning and golfed in the afternoon. We always made sure to dine at the German restaurant among others. With the names of Koslowski and Aikenhead our reservations were under "White" to simplify matters! When we were in Walt's company he was always smiling. Thanks for the good times.

What a beautiful tribute by Walt’s family! He will be missed by all that knew him. We have lived near Walt for many years and had the pleasure of watching him work around his property and help all his neighbours with the plowing of the mutual driveway each year. He was always ready with a smile, a wave and a comment in passing!! His dry humour and anecdotes were always welcome at our get togethers. Walt went through so many illnesses and yet still managed to ride his tractor regularly! We will miss him. May Arlie and the family find strength and solace in his loving memories.

I worked with kos for many years at the hospital and in his office. He was my family doctor, my employer at one time .,but most of all he was my friend. My heartfelt sympathy to Arlie ,the girls and family. His presence was large and I know how difficult it will be for all of you. He will be missed
He was there for me many many times through my life and I hope he knew how special he really was.
I will miss him and will always remember what a gift he was to me.

Tribute from Janet, Blair, Ken and Scott Clevely. We loved Dr. Kos. He was our doctor for almost 50 years. He supported our family through many health issues and was always ready to listen and share stories. The friendly, family atmosphere at his office was a great comfort as well. We remember Dr. Kos accompanying the Grade 6 Algonquin Trip from W.I.Dick Middle School. He joined in the games and gave medical support. The photos and his life story are amazing and so wonderful to learn more about this great man.

Deanna and I were saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Koslowski this past week. My mother, Marian Pearce, worked for Kos for many years, and he became an important friend to our family in happy times but also at times of grief and sadness. He was a kind and gentile giant and we will miss him. Our condolences to Arlie and the rest of the family.

This is a beautiful tribute to Walt who was so loved by his wife, daughters, extended family and community. I learned a lot about him I didn't know! I will remember his love of medicine which I found very intimidating! His warmth and kindness to me even when I called Susan from Europe in the middle of the night. His beautiful Milton home I was lucky enough to spend holidays at as a University student. His quiet strength and dedication to medicine and his patients. Arlie and family, you're in my thoughts at this really terrible time. So sorry for your loss. Thinking of you all. Simon, Ella, Liam, Adam Hoogewerf and Sarah & Jack Chritchley

So sorry. Great friend who was always there for Bill when he needed him. Such good times on the tennis court and golf course. Hope that Don, Bill and Walt are playing golf and can find a 4th for doubles. Love always, Maureen Morgan.

He was not impressed when I named my dog Wally. No connection intended. It was a tribute to Leave It To Beaver not my Dad's friend. I'll always remember Dr Koslowski visiting Dad (Bill) at home and being the only one to tell him he didn't have a whale in his "ketch". Dad said everyone else could see it! Walt straightened THAT out. Sports makes great friends. Thanks for all the visits. Tracy

I was so very sad to hear this news - what a wonderful tribute to Kos and the family that was so very important to him - his pride and joy!
I worked with Kos at his old office in the early 80's (along with Sandy and Diane and Dr. Val Hester) - it seems like yesterday. We used to have some amazing talks over the piles of charts on his desk. When I was in labour with my daughter, he was there within minutes of my GP reaching out and since the nurses were busy with another delivery, Walt and Glen took over. We ran into each other over the years (always a great conversation to be had), but we moved to B.C. in 1994, so our chance meetings were no more. However, I carried all I learned from him with me throughout my nursing career. He had such a positive impact on so many people, all of whom will be forever grateful.
