These reminders can mess with a persons mind. I don’t need to be reminded. You will always be part of my memories and my heart. Mike spent time with us this year . He’s in his fourties’ now. Guess what he finally grew up. I enjoyed his company. His laugh is very similar to yours. He enjoyed the animals and scenic views around our house. He also NYC so went back. Rest In Peace knowing you were loved and are missed.

Dear Libby and all of your family. Wayne was my best friend throughout my childhood on Bristol Road. We hadn't been in touch since we both left for college. My heart goes out to you to lose him so early. We grew up together playing cowboys and indians and soldiers. Wonderful memories of a very bucolic childhood in Hartsville. I have wondered for very long how he made out when he moved to Erie. Thank you for maintaining this site for those who loved him.
Sincerely,
Phiania Smith

Jan 2022. You are forever missed. Many people have joined you. When I see a bird I don’t easily recognize I think of you. Your friends remember you with fondness. Your children are adults, both of them like fringe people in their lives. That certainly reminds me of you. The images you sent remain in my heart and head. You are just fine, you were always fine even when you didn’t know it. Peace.

It’s been six years since you passed. You are still missed. When the words “climate change“ are written Or spoken I think of you and your apocalyptic vision of the future in the 70’s.  You were a visionary. It was hard to live in that view you had and to live with the severe depression you suffered that came with it. it was like watching a butterfly die. You hid that depression well with most people. I’ve noticed there are fewer birds in the last two years. I’m not sure many people notice that, I only notice that because of you. I know that when I identify a bird and know what to look for it’s because of what you taught me. Like you said I used you like an encyclopedia. I did and you were.

It’s your birthday. My memories of you continue. Halloween pumpkins always make me think of you. Some people you always wish were alive in this same realm and well, just too far away to talk to. You will always be missed. Sally and Ray have passed and my parents. I hope you can meet up in your current realm. I know they would enjoy it.

Two of those who left messages have passed themselves.. I hope in the afterlife they meet up and laugh and enjoy. I was talking to someone this week who knew Wayne, she said she enjoyed spending time with him when we were younger. You taught me so much.

I am thinking about Wayne's family today and sending lots of love and prayer. My children and I are blessed to be part of his daughter Jenn's life. Jenn, Cameron, Mackenzie and Harrison are our family. When they feel sadness, we do too. Wayne would be so proud to know how amazing, strong and capable his beautiful daughter is. I am very proud to be her friend. I hope all of Wayne's family can share special memories to make the day easier. With much love, Marla

No matter how many days, months, or years pass it will always feel like too soon. I imagine you walking in the woods, or sitting at the rivers edge, or fishing at a lake. I know you have binoculars around your neck and are excited for the possibilities of what you might find or discover. I am completed comforted knowing you are at peace, but still miss you more than words could ever describe. Know that you are missed today and always.

I am thinking about Wayne's family today. He would be so proud to know how special his lifeline is. His daughter Jenn is an exceptional woman who has shown me so much love and support. Words cannot even begin to describe how much she means to me. Wayne's grandchildren are also an integral part of my family's life. Cameron has been my son Sam's best friend since they met in first grade at Alcott School. We refer to them as Frick and Frack or Laurel and Hardy. They fight like brothers but love each other just the same. I am grateful they have each other to lean on. Mackenzie is my beautiful butterfly. We have a special relationship, some may call us kindred soles. We understand each other. I cannot wait to see what the future holds once her wings completely unfold. I am looking forward to being there every step of the way. And Harrison, the comic relief that we all need, a die hard Duke fan and a killer baseball player. His smile makes the world a little brighter each and every day. Wayne can rest in peace knowing that his legacy is being carried on by this beautiful family that has such a special place in my heart. Sending lots of love and prayer to the Hall Family.

I think of you often and focus on the good memories. Time doesn't erase the fun we had or the things we shared. Your children are good people who understand the meaning of love and friendship. They do you proud. You are missed and with out a doubt were and still are loved.

I am thinking about Jenn and the rest of Wayne's family today. I know milestones such as a birthday can be a difficult time. I am truly blessed to have Wayne's daughter Jenn in my life. Her loving friendship and incredible ability to capture the beauty of nature through her photography would warm Wayne's heart. I am sending much love and prayer to the Hall family today and every day.

Life has a funny way of touching you sometimes. Although I never was able to meet Wayne, his passing brought me so much closer to his daughter, Jenn. I have had the honor of hearing Jenn share memories of her father. I pray that Wayne is in a better place and has finally found peace. I am sending Wayne's family lots of love, support and prayer.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Wayne Hall although he and I shared a common similarity. I can only imagine that Wayne was a special man with some incredible traits. I base this on my close friendship with his daughter Jenn. Her family is my family. My Mom's line about Jenn is "Are you real or just an angel?" Wayne can rest in peace knowing that his daughter will represent the Hall name. Sending lots of love and prayer to Wayne's family.
