My mom was an amazing mom growing up and into adult hood.  She was someone special to everyone.  Something I really miss is her cooking luckily she made me as well as my brothers a cook book of all of our favorite foods growing up.  I also miss yelling at the TV together when we would watch our soaps together.  Something I remember when my brothers and I were growing up is the jokes we would play on her.  One time my mom was at work and we decided to take my brothers head and put it in a box.  We wrapped a towl around his neck to make it look like his head was cut off then put the lid on the box with a note saying open me.  My mom came home and she read the note on top of the box and she took the lid off of the box and she screamed.  It was so funny.  There was another time after I was all grown and I decided to tell my mom that I have a big rat in my house and she was scared to come over to babysit and even though I told her I was kidding, it back fired at me.  The next day she called saying she was sick and couldn't babysit because of the trick I played on her.  I felt bad.  I learned my lesson.
