Hi Dad, I think about you often...sad that you aren't here to see Emma and Justin growing into "little people" but know they keep you in their thoughts and prayers regularly. Miss you!!
Dad, in honor of your birthday, Wayne and I had that steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise sauce and an ice cold beer you always wanted. I think I did you proud! Wish we could have celebrated one more together. You were a good father and as an adult I learned to appreciate all you did for us and the sacrifices you made. You touched many people. Until we meet again... Your Pitiful Pearl...
Happy Birthday Daddy I wanted you to know if I had the opportunity to pick any one in the world to be my father.... I would choose you. Although you gave me more whippings than all seven of my siblings received combined; I'd still choose you. I remember how you taught us how to stand strong and proud ; to look people in the eye not at the ground . How you helped us with our math homework after working hard all day . How to stretch a dollar and make it holler. Your coin collection.... Telling us that we had to be twice as smart as the man if we expected to succeed. Crying together when it was time for you or me to leave. Telling me you loved me at the end of our phone conversations. Your wisdom... I never met a man smarter than you dad. Your strength, courage and sacrifice for us... I'm forever thankful. Through it all, you provided many memories I can cherish and hold on to..... Finally dad, I just wanted you to know you are my hero, you were the wind beneath my wings. Love Brenda Joyce
UNCLE BILLY, There are so many memories from Yeoman to Muirfield growing up. That signature booming voice the Pierce men have that carried on to us. I am honored to be a part of this great family with all of our imperfections and flaws I have (had) some of greatest Uncles in the world. Wishing your birthday memory is a continued legacy R.I.P. and Happy Birthday Uncle Billy Love one of your many nieces Rhonda aka walkie talkie....
Happy birthday Dad--While I am sad that you are no longer here with us, the thought of you with Roger, Grandma, Grandpa, Anne, Uncle Bobby, and Uncle Tommy makes me smile.
I TRIED MY BEST TO GET TO VISIT WITH YOU ONE MORE TIME. HOWEVER, GOD DID NOT HAVE IT IN HIS PLAN. HOWEVER, THE LAST TWO TIMES I VISITED WITH YOU THIS PAST AUGUST WERE VERY PRECIOUS TO ME. I JUST PASSED MY 83RD BIRTHDAY THIS AUGUST THE 10TH. IT'S MY PRAYER THAT GOD WILL ALLOW US TO MEET AGAIN. I'LL MISS WRITING THE LETTERS I USED TO SEND TO YOU. LOVE YOU. YOUR BROTHER, ERNEST FRANKLIN JACK PIERCE
