Mr. Basilone

Shared by Mari Lynn Devine on January 10, 2012

Thank you for so many years of love and friendship.  Your family came in our lives when times were hard, and I can never repay you or the family for what you did for Margie and our family. I'll miss going to Basilone's, I always felt so comfortable there, the warmth, love and fellowship. Rest in Peace, I'll miss you forever. Til we meet again.<3

my 30th birthday

I will always remember starting me 30th birthday at Basilones! Billy made sure it was a night I would never forget, and he succeeded! Pizza was great and drinks were strong and the music was loud! I love you and miss you! Amy!

The Best Bachelorette Party

Shared by Paulette Testani on January 7, 2012

When I became engaged in 200, Billy was happy for me.   I asked him to be my Man of Honor but he was not able to travel to OR at that time.  He decided that I needed to have a bachelorette party.  It was the absolute best.  There was me, a bunch of girl's, Kenny Clark, and Billy.  I have since told all brides to be to let him plan your bachalorette party.

Billy and Kenny were my best male friends.  He will always and forever be in my heart.

Justice For Billy!<3

Billy was my 3rd cousin. I didn't have much contact with him and I wasn't as close with him as my other family members but I'm only 13. I've spoke to him when I was younger but too little to remember details, but you don't have to have details to know that he was an outstanding wonderful man. My family and I would go to Kraynax almost every year around Christmas and then after we would all go to his bar. I remember always bugging my parents for money to play his juke box. One year i had a softball game up in P.A. and it was probably 20 minutes from his bar, and he came out to see me play, then afterwards we took some of my teamates and their families up to the bar and they loved it. Some great memories of that place and with him. Their breaded colla flower was the only colla flower I'd eat. Haha. This was such a tragedy I wish I had more time with him, I wish I knew him better. Those guys will get what they deserve!! We love & miss you Billy and there will be justice!

For without words, in friendship, all thoughts, all desires, all expectations are born and shared, with joy that is unacclaimed. When you part from your friend, you grieve not; For that which you love most in him may be clearer in his absence. Blessings to the Basilone family, and friends. Let the light of Love, who was Billy, guide your way. Peace on Earth.

Cousin Billy B

Shared by Lindy Nichols on January 7, 2012

Billy is my cousin one month my junior....in 1953 there were 5 of us born from February till June.....Billy was the May baby.  We always joked about being the boomer generation.

I took this photo at my Mom's 80th birthday party...he was also at her 90th party...Billy always made time for family...he always showed up if even for a stop by to let us know he cared. I am going to miss his smile and that giggle....his presence will always be with our family as he will never leave out hearts.

I love you BillyB........
