To The Family of Dale Fleischmann
I would like to offer my deepest sympathy in the death of Mr. Dale. He was very loved from staff and the caregivers at Rainbow Omega ICF. He will be extremely missed by his friends at Rainbow Omega. . .Dale was a very special individual. The Scar's that have been left on our hearts are the memories of Great Friends we miss dearly.

To the Family of Dale, What a pleasure it has been to get to know him in activities. During this short time I learned how intelligent, caring, and witty dale was. Daily he kept me on my toes with what we were to do next, and what time it was. When I was having a challenging day, I could always count on Dale's sense of humor to cheer us all up!
