Bill Devor was my brother and I loved him very much. He will be missed so much. We didn't live close to one another and didn't get to see one another very often but we kept in touch by phone. He was three years older then me and when we were young he always looked after me and made sure I was alright. He was such a good brother. He is now in the arms of Jesus and no more pain. He always ended his conversation with Love and Kisses.
