Happy heavenly birthday dad - miss you soooo much.

Hi Dad - This is the 5th birthday with you. Hope you and mom are celebrating somewhere - a nice cold, Manhattan and big juicy steak. We miss you and love you every day.

Hi Dad - it has been 2 years since you left us. We all miss you so, so much. You will be happy to know that we have a lot laughs sharing memories of you. Mom really misses you - it is a daily struggle for her which is painful to see. Roseann, Dave and the boys are doing great - you would be so proud of the men they've become. Love you forever!!!

Maria --- While I never knew your sweet Daddy, I know his daughter. And, it's clear that he was an amazing man to help raise someone as thoughtful and caring as you are.  We can tell a lot about a person by the people they create and share with the rest of us. Clearly, you are his gift to the rest of us, which tells me your dad had some wonderful attributes. 

We both lost our fathers this year, but we had the gift of their presence in our lives for longer than most, as I'm often reminded. I hope that thought gives you some comfort.
