Our Darling Tracy
Tracy was born in Solihull Hospital with Spina Bifida and was immediately taken to Heartlands Hospital for an operation to cover the exposed lower spine area. With in days she started to suffer from a build up of fluid pressure around her brain, The Doctors operated again and fitted a shunt to drain fluid to her stomach which helped, though she caught Meningitus, this passed but her shunt blocked and they had to wait several days for her to rebuild her strenght so that she was strong enough to under go an operation to fit a new shunt tube to the other side of her brain. Sadly this so too much for her and she left us for ever while still in the recover room after the operation.
During the 3 monthes of her life, she came home to her brothers for one day and night only.
Missed by all,
DadÂ
