I was shocked by hearing this news on Saturday morning. It's a great loss for our team and IDES too.

I won't be able to hear your voice again and that's the thing will bother me more than anything. I used to say to my colleagues that 'How Sir can talk continuously in meetings ? That too from 3 pm to late at night. Sometimes upto 11 PM as well. And still doesn't get Mad on anyone or anything.

It's a great loss for us now. You will be missed Sir. My deepest condolences to your family and closed friends.

It was pleasure to work under the management of Yogesh sir. He had created a super friendly environment in the office. I admire him because of his knowledge, hardwork, dedication towards work.

It's hard to believe that yogesh sir is not with us, He was a wonderful & kind hearted person, Though I had not worked with him in any of the projects, but always wanted to work under him.

I remember those days, when I used to go to him to ask doubts on the projects, & he use to ask with a smile on his face, "Aur kya bolte sunny babu, aur Pratt babu". And I used to say, not much sir, just to ask this small doubt to u, and he use to reply with a smile "pucho pucho", and clear our doubts.
Your presence will always be missed sir.

I am totally speechless and cannot express in words the sorrow that I am feeling.

I have been working with you since 2007 at IDES. For me, you are not only my Colleague but also a Guru, Boss, Elder Brother, Best Friend and much more.

You played a vital role in various domains like, software, website developments, Engineering, Project Management, Administration, Technology, and General Management etc.

I learn many things from you. It will give me a feeling of your presence forever.

Almost daily, my day start with your messages. “Bhai GM”, “ Kab Chalna hai Office” , “Leaving from Home” , “At your Stop” etc. Together Lunch, Walking, Discussions, Trips; I never thought it will end all of sudden.
 
You always said “Bhai... Tension Nahi Leneka...” But now..?

‘Goodbye’ hurts most, when the story was not finished...................

Bhai Yogi.....a soft spoken, ever smiling and kind hearted friend which is uncommon and so your friendship buddy! We started our professional career together in CEC / IDES in 2005 and since then we spent, shared many quality time together in office and outside. Its still unbelievable you are not around there.

As colleague, we worked together in IDES for around just 3 years but we always remained connected in later years like friend, brother and sharing bonhomie. I know, we used to call each other in our leisure time, getting refresh with chit-chat and kept motivating, inspiring each other.

You had many dreams and you worked dedicatedly chasing them which thrived you to AGM position in IDES!

The loss is immeasurable but so is the love, values left behind! A good friend and an excellent human being to support and stand with others.

I, pray for your departed soul and May God rewards you a peaceful afterlife! May God extend blessings to your family and give strength to them bear the loss.

It was truly pleasure working with one of the calmest and most supportive person in IDES. He always helped and guided me during my tenure with IDES. His immense love towards his family was truly admirable. It's an irreparable loss and no one can fill this gap. God truly takes away the best from us.Can't imagine how difficult this phase must be for his family and friends.

I left CEC (ides) on 2005 so i dont have much memory about him. Only few months we had worked together. He was a good person. Always smiling on his face, learned from mistakes, Major role carried out in CEC.
But a big loss for his family. Condolences to bereaved close relatives. God's comfort and strengthen in this difficult condition.

It was unbelievable, since very recently in Alumni meet he had spoken so well...as a student also he was a very simple,happy and very helpful person.....moreover he was the Class Topper....and his contributions to technical and general society are invaluable, and cannot be sufficed in words... A great Global loss of a humanitarian...

I, had worked with Mr. Yogesh for almost ten years, out of sixteen Years of his complete tenure with CEC / IDES , as his superior. He rose from a Trainee Engineers to AGM ( Technical ) in the Organization.
He had keen interest to work in different technologies of structural engineering, R&D and software development criteria. He always felt pleasure to share his knowledge with his juniors and encouraged and guided them to enhance their Domain Knowledge. 
Besides working with dedication, he has raised bars for others and set standards by leading from front.
An excellent Human being, and a Friend to stand with you, in times of need. I, pray for peaceful journey of the departed soul and May God give strength to his family to bear the Loss.
I, shall always Support and Stand by his family, to fill the void created by the departed soul, within my reach.

Kya dada ! Not fair dada...☹️

Sir you will be missed by each and every person you have ever met with , spoke with, chat with. Your appearance was making things professional. You were living with two personalities ,one was really professional one was very jolly .We will miss your everyday voice ,your suggetions, your signature on every document, your help, your solution for every problem, your smiley face , your calm nature ,each and every thing belonging with you. You have taught and share huge knowledge with everyone around you ,in your very small life.

You were saying in the fairwell of every leaving employee that our doors are always open for you whenever you want to do come back. Same thing is applicable for you Yogesh Sir. You will be missed very terribly by all of us. Miss u Yogesh Sir.

It hurts to write this today, It is very sad that we have to write all this for Yogesh sir. I Was working under his supervision since last 2 years and finished lots of R&D but most of remain left. Everyone learned a lot from him.

What a terrible loss of a wonderful life, a wonderful person and a great friend. I have been working with Yogesh remotely from USA as well as in person for the past over 10 years and became friends with him instantly from my first meeting with him.
I had a special bond with him due to his native place that is Jalgaon, which is just a few hours of train ride from my native place in India, and we had some common acquaintances in Jalgaon.
Whenever I visited India, that is almost every winter, I used to visit IDES in Pune for meetings with Yogesh.
We worked together on several projects. His knowledge about the project issues and his approach to resolving those issues used to be incredible.
R.I.P. my wonderful friend Yogesh. You will me greatly missed!

Yogesh. The first thought that occurs to me is the year 2005 where I met this energetic and ever smiling personality in CEC later IDES organization. He was a quick one-time learner and started handling projects in a very short span of life. No wonder, we weren’t surprised when we came to know that he is a University Gold Medalist in Civil engineering. Later over the years we grew close by virtue of working together, living nearby, sharing our tiffins and ride to office in the overwhelming traffic of Hinjewadi. I still remember the challenging days of 2008 global recession and if it was not for Yogesh’s commendable help to the organization in LGSF technical know-how, it would have been really difficult to set up various standards for the new upcoming technology to be imparted in India as it had been done in US, Middle East and Asia Pacific from the year 2009. I can never forget his helping nature as a colleague and friend when he had come to the office from home after dinner time, on a single call of us, at the wee hours of 10.00 pm just to help us team mates overcome a critical urgent technical issue. He always helped whoever he can by walking an extra mile. We all team mates of the year 2011 had a fun-filled marriage event of Yogesh in Jalgaon. Further as our roads changed yet we remained close. He always used to be present personally with his family to wish us on various occasions especially Dussehra. I will always miss morning walks with him and the Pimple-Saudagar Hinjewadi Road will remind me his company always. Such is the change of circumstances that we same team mates who had attended his marriage, were unfortunate enough to attend his final rites. Yogesh, good bye my dear friend until we meet on the other side.
Though we cannot fill the void of Yogesh departure from this world, our thoughts are with his family especially his son. Almighty give strength to all and one to bear this grief.

Though I have never had the privilege of meeting Yogesh face to face, I have had the opportunity to work with him on our Golf Course Overlook project on our Thursday morning meetings and other related occasions over the last year. Yogesh earned my respect upon our first meeting with his broad knowledge base, professionalism and character. Like many of the professionals in our companies, I held him in the highest esteem. My prayers go out to he and his family.   

Yogesh sir was a great human being. we still can't believe that you are not with us. I have never seen a hardworking, genius-minded leader like you. May God be with your family in this difficult situation. we will miss you very much, sir.

i left Ideas in 2005 and may be yogesh join by then and hence i don't have any memories to share but what i here from my junior friends is that he was a hardworking and caring guy. The Growth in Ideas is that proof of his hardwok. May God bless his soul and also pray for his family to give strength to withstand this loss.

at IDES, my everyday work starts from his Workstation only, sometime I have to sit more than a 45 min on his workstation that time he always says sit..sit “Arree bas bas” and he used to sit beside me till my work completion.
I worked with him almost 3.5 years under his guideline also I never heard he is shouting on someone. He was a great man being as a colleague / manager and it was really pleasure to worked with you sir….

Yogesh has been a dear friend and colleague for the last 16 years, my entire career. In the last 10 years, we would be talking almost everyday. He was really good at what he does. He was an excellent engineer and mentor to almost all of the engineering and detailing staff at IDES. He oversaw their hiring, training and guided them every step of the way. Without him, we would not be able to achieve the heights we achieved in engineering and software. He was the go to guy for any problems and he would solve them. His passing has left a huge hole in my heart.

I miss our daily calls and discussions, Yogesh. I will cherish the memories together forever.

Rest In Peace my friend. You will not be forgotten.

Yogesh sir was a great man to work for. He was always professional, he was always wiling to help & answer any questions he taught me so much in those early days & I will never forget him.....

Strength and support to the family!

Yogesh aka Yogyi, Yogya, was a true friend. He stood there for me all the time. I have heard very little complaints about life from him. It was me complaining all the time and he was always advising me, encouraging me to face whatever comes in front of me. He was one of the true admirer and critic of my writings. He encouraged me in my writings too. There were many occasions where he suggested me to involve in such meetings where I could learn something new about writing. Our discussions were always long and deep. I always loved his company. His presence always brought happiness around me. I remember I was very happy and overwhelmed to know that he got gold medal from Pune university. I remember, I informed half of the office in joy about his achievement. It felt like I myself got awarded. His story coming to engineering field was also inspiring. He kept me inspiring till the very last time. I wish he'd be happy wherever he is right now! I think I would like to meet him first in the afterlife. And I am sure he will say with shaking my hand, "Aaj, khush to bahot honge tum!"

Yogesh sir...Always with a smiling face with all the possible solutions to all the problems of IDES employees....

Everyone is saddened to hear the loss. Yogesh was an amazing person to have around. I’m so lucky to have met him in this life. He was a true leader and and a great human being.

He will be missed for his goodness, and the way he uplifted lives of all who worked with him.

It was my great fortune to cross path with Calm and Composed Personality like Sir. Many things I learnt, definitely will cherish that I got chance to work with him for last 2 years.
The statement of his when we were working together for some strategy that "Don't do things because you feel, try to carry yourself with facts", I'll always keep in my mind.
