Hi Miss Betty Annie, happy birthday today. I hope your spirit is well and you are hanging with Dutchie and everyone else who is with you! I think of you daily and sometimes it's OK and sometimes not. I'm not sure how to heal yet but I can assure you, I'm working on it.

I check in with the kids but not often enough and that reminds me of us, how our relationship was, we didn't check in enough but it didn't matter because we both knew there was love in our hearts for each other. It's the same with the kids and I hope they know that I love them even when I don't reach out. All is well on earth, well in my circle anyway. I can't control the rest of it. :) I miss you my friend and will always be grateful for you and the time we shared.

I love you Bettles...thinking of you each and every day but today is your birthday, a special day to remember you more. Carrot cake, homemade gifts & a home cooked meal...the little things are what you loved but having the face to face comfort of a friend was your all time favorite.

Betty Ann was such a kind and beautiful spirit. She always had a smile on her face and a glow about her. When I think of her, that's what I see and will always remember, her beautiful smile. Thank you for always being so kind, warm and welcoming. You will truly be missed.

Betty Ann was the most generous and compassionate person I have ever known. She was sensitive, loving, and most definitely caring. Her spirit will live with us forever and she will be greatly missed. Love you Betty!

We her family are her legacy, l see her face in the smiles of the children and her beloved grandchildren. I see her in the flowers in our garden, and the hummingbirds. There is no question that l am a better person for having known her, for all these long years. The rest of my life will be lived as if she will be home for dinner, and we will laugh and talk again............

Whenever we would talk I would always leave with a smile on my face.

A persons success in life can be measured by many things. I believe the most important is how you better the world through making wonderful children. It is obvious how much your Mom loved you, taught your, encouraged, you, and helped you succeed. Your lives are a testament to what kind of person she was. I did not really know her well, but I can "see" who she was through her children. I believe that there is "life after life", and that we will see our loved ones again. Thank goodness for that.
