Her Life

Traveling

August 21, 2016
Amy L. Derheim, born 11/21/74, died unexpectedly on Aug 18, 2016.
Amy was an exceptional young woman, vivacious, charasmatic, so full of life and wonder and her positive approach on life was contagious.
Amy loved singing with the Breathe of Aire Choir, was a member of Xi Alpha Zeta,
and has remained lifelong friends with her high school cheer leaders, that were "chosen sisters".
Amy was truly a precious gift to all of us and she will be greatly missed.   Amy was a very loving, devoted daughter to her parents, Fritz and Beth Derheim of AZ,
her sister Roxanne Derheim, cousin Chad Derheim, who was like her brother,
1 niece, 1 nephew and 2 honorary nephews, and her significant other, Patrick Reddeck.

Birth

August 21, 2016

You know our Amy....she's always been punctual for everything and her birth was no different.  She was due on Nov 21st, 1974 and that's when she arrived.  She made child birth for me a breeze, she came within 20 minutes from the first contraction.  She weight 6 lbs, 11 ounces and was 19-1/2" long.  She was beautiful from the very beginning and that never changed.

As a baby she got the nickname "Amertoes, which eventually became Toes".  That's because as a baby she would lay on her back and pull her little feet up to her mouth and suck her toes:-)

As an adult, her license plate on her care was "TOES".
