I never knew anything was wrong. We lost touch after working together. You were such a delight to be around and always knew how to see the good in people. I’m at such a loss to see that the world has lost a great person. I will always remember you and forever miss you. RIP.

Billie had a heart of gold and in some way or another touched every life she came in contact with... she had a smile and a laugh that didn't just light up the room but the entire city.... that is something i will always remember about her... that... and that she was a fighter... she never gave up on anything she wanted... i love her... and will miss her... God blessed us because her son wears that same smile..... and in him she will live on.... i know that she is in heaven looking down and smiling... love u Baby girl.... ALWAYS.....

Billie was one of a kind, always happy and smiling. She made me laugh every time I saw her. She knew how to live life and for that, I will always remember to treasure even the smallest moments, You will be greatly missed, Billie.

Too often underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Billie did all these things for so many people. She will remain in my heart forever.

Billie was such a fun-loving, genuine, bright, caring, and inspirational person who we will all miss dearly! Her laugh and beautiful smile will forever remain in my memory. My heart is so heavy today and I will be keeping Billie's many friends and family members in my prayers each day. Billie and I shared a love of colors and purses. She had an infectious laugh and lit up the room when she walked in. We have all prayed these last ten months knowing that if anyone deserved a miracle it was Billie. I know her family will feel her loss keenly as will all of us. I pray though that her impact on us not be forgotten and that it makes all of us a little bit more loving and giving--as she was--to the people God has placed in our lives. Her suffering is over and she has received the perfect healing.

I knew you were a keeper on the day we met.... Beautiful smile, readiness to learn and a huge, hospice heart. You made me laugh at orientation when we discovered you were born the same year I graduated and you called me "little mama." I will miss your sparkle baby attitude, those huge brown eyes and your willingness to teach this oldie how to dance at the Hospice Gala last year. My heart hurts knowing you are gone after such a valiant fight but my comfort will be with the memories you left behind. Thank you for showing us what a hero really is with grace and dignity shown this past year.

Billie had a smile that brightened a room. I am blessed to have known her, as she was a coworker but more a sister in Christ! I pray for her family and friends that they can find peace in knowing God had taken her home. She will no longer suffer, but she will be new again.

Billie was just a joy to work with. Her smile and exuberant personality will be missed by all. I pray that her family and friends will find comfort in knowing that she is now at peace.
