Thank you everybody for your touching tribute and memoirs of my father. He will surely be missed but he is at peace now. With no pain and suffering. He is safely home.

It is with deep sympathy that I extend my condolences to Cesar's family and the whole Junio family from Bayambang. Cesar was a close friend way back then at the BNHS. I saw him last in 1985 in San Diego during a gathering of Bayambanguenos. He was such a bright and humble lawyer during his time. May you rest in eternal peace, my friend!
