My favorite memory of sweet Chase was at a fall festival in Charlotte when he was about 3. We spent the entire day outside, playing on swings, and then getting our faces painted. All 4 kids were so excited but none more than Chase. He was so proud of his painted face. Years went by,I saw him whenever I saw his mom. In the last few years I wasn’t able to see him, but we kept in touch with texting. I was able to tell him how much I loved him and that I would always be available if he ever needed me. His heart was kind, his personality was funny and witty, and he easily forgave others . Chase fought long and hard and is now free. Free from struggle, free to soar and free to be at peace.RIP sweet baby
