Godfrey, your tragic death left a big vacuum in our lives and a deep feeling of loss in our hearts. We thank God for your coming. It was a gift having you in our lives and sharing our children together was really a blessing. We cannot but trust and have faith in the Lord to heal our broken hearts and grant us peace and tranquility to deal with your passing. Rest in peace my husband.

My father was my hero. He taught me many life lessons, like work hard and it will help you in the long run. And to always be determined on whatever task your doing. Some nights I still think to myself and say why take my father? But God has his reasons. All I know is that he is watching over his loved ones in heaven.

Dearest uncle, I still can't accept that you're no longer here. I miss you terribly, we all really miss you - your smile & cheerful laugh, your meekness and your incredible sense of humour. Your sudden departure has been the most heartbreaking loss I've had to endure in recent times. You left too soon but fond memories of you will forever remain in our hearts. Rest well dear uncle.

There are those for whom life is giving and sharing.
Those driven by love of the common good and true
philanthropy. That was Godfrey, the Colonel, our friend
and brother. Though consoled by the resurrection hope,
