I will always remember the summer vacations in Wausaukee....swimming at Newton Lake and playing a big game of softball in the manure laden cow pasture...

Dave enjoyed music and started taking guitar lessons with me after he retired. We developed a friendship as time went on. He had a great personality, was always positive, and had a great smile. He was a really nice guy, always made me laugh, and put me in a better mood when he was around. I was shocked when I heard the news of his passing. He’s going to be greatly missed. My thoughts, prayers, and heartfelt condolences go out to the Pociask family. RIP Dave.

Shocking news for us, wishing that Dave run into the best dirt ever up in heaven and that green beans are prolific and the blooms are vibrant

My Godfather Uncle Dave will be missed. He was always caring and good natured. He had a good sense of humor and it was always enjoyable to talk to him. My life is better because of him. I am terribly sorry to all the family for this loss and especially to Dawn. I always looked forward to opening the cabin each year with him and closing it down. We would do some work on the pier to get things ready and then head to Tommy's Pub for a burger and a pitcher of root beer and beer. Many times we would walk around some of the local parks.  This is a sad day. He was loved by all including our canine friends Darrell and Go Go. Forever in our thoughts. Todd

Dave was kind hearted and generous. We were blessed to be his neighbor. There are so many things I am going to miss. I will miss hearing the laughter that he and Dawn shared. I will miss our chats over the fence (or in our case the ditch that Dave spent the summer digging). I will miss the smile and the wave. I will miss seeing his eyes light up while discussing music. I will miss the treats Dave shared with us. The last being his famous homemade waffles (yum!!!) that he made for our family. Dave was one of the good guys, the best, he will be sorely missed.
Deepest condolences,
Love,
Lori and Scott

Dawn & Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Dave was such a nice and sweet man. I know how much he loved his family. Dawn, your loving and joyful relationship with Dave was awesome to see. We all should strive for that kind of love. My thoughts and prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.

Warmest Regards,

Laura Kolacinski

I seemed to run into Dave wherever there was music and I know I would always see him at the Oak Creek Lions festival. R.I.P. my friend.
