My dear friend David, words are hard to find, you were such a nice, friendly person, always busy and helping people, always thinking of others. A wonderful partner a great father and an amazing friend for so many people. You left your footprint in this world because you're a true friend for so many people. This poem hit me so deep that I want to say goodbye to you knowing that God has a beautiful place for you. I will never forget you.
God looked around the garden, and saw an empty space.
He looked down upon the earth, and saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful for he only takes the best.
He knew that you were weary, and He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never be well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb,
So He closed your weary eyelids, and whispered "Peace be thine."
I will always love you, have a safe journey home.
