Uncle Dave. Remembering you on your birthday. You took me to Venezuela to meet and stay with Dulfa's family. We drank cold beer, traveled by dump truck to a beach in Caracas and drove to the mountains, where you insisted I part with my Hard Rock Cafe t-shirt. I loved that shirt, but it did make a good gift. You sang and played guitar and were able to entertain a room in perfect Spanish.

David was a talented singer and musician. I will always remember his being the behind the scenes smoke when I was the Caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland. We will miss your humor and friendship. Leslie

We did not ever meet David but we wished we had. His grandmother, my Aunt Eula, talked a lot about him. We had the good fortune to meet Frank, Susan, and their families, and I(Pat) met Katy. We also knew Jim and Sue. We have sympathy cards for Frank and Katy but we need their addresses. Could someone email them to us. Thank you. We love you all and are sorry for your loss.

I never met David, but he helped create Shelley. So he must have been a good man. No one could ask for a better legacy than that. Rest in peace, David.
