Today I was gardening, I wanted to get all the flowers ready so they can salute you on the 7th. I thought about putting a Jasmin in as well, hoping it might climb up the tree and delight us with bold white bloom. I will sit at the table and drink my morning cup of tea out of the mug you gave me as I do every day. I miss you terribly.

I have known Dorinda for years, but had only occasional contact in recent years, most notably to read several versions of her book "Events in the Elsewhere." I just heard about her passing and mourn the loss of one of the sweetest, dearest, warm-hearted people to ever grace this world we all share..

How do I even express the gratitude in my heart! You have been a dear friend but i will never be able to thank you for what you gave Sarah, my beautiful daughter. I am at a loss at the moment. Dorinda's last email to me about 10 days ago said she would soon advise me of the exact dates she would be able to visit me. Losing one's first child is something I never expected to experience. We all lost a beautiful mind and a lovely spirit in Dorinda Lee.

The last time we looked into each others eyes, yours were as bright blue as ever, full of light and love. You shared you were writing a book and we talked of meeting when you returned home. Thank you for your giving so freely your beauty and creativity, Dorinda.
