Dorinda...BRILLIANT, beyond the "elsewhere,"' or because of it...Quirky...thank goodness...Caring. Hey, no one has mentioned what an AMAZING cook she was; my favorite memory will be the one where Dorinda, Andrea and I are in the Parks kitchen chopping like 7 kinds of peppers and talking up a storm on the way to Pico de Gallo...Dorinda related to those peppers, as she did to all vegetables.

Dear Dorinda:
May our Lord give you peace, so glad that Dottie is there to welcome you home. Wish we could have met, but we will one day. You are part of the wonderful family that I feel blessed to have met and be a part of
the nicest cousins that one could ever have.

My sincere condolences to all of Dorinda's family. I feel her happily dancing - lightly and effortlessly out amongst the galaxies. I will always be grateful to Dorinda for introducing me to Chris Fernie and the Institute of Internal Transformation. Both have been so important in my life.

The day I finally met Dorinda; I was so taken by the instant connection we had. Her warmth, charm, and a "woman in a class all her own" was evident as we conversed for hours and learned that we shared birthdays, love of animals and most of all a love of people and the goodness each had within them. May God give comfort to this family as they grieve someone so dear to so many of us.

By “chance” I was in Sedona and the last person, along with my sister, to be with Dorinda. Such an honor. My sister had been asked to give a talk for our spiritual group there. Everyone was uplifted and we all felt held in an incredible atmosphere of light. Dorinda especially was inspired; something touched her heart at a very deep level – Goodbye dear friend and fellow traveler.

Bob and I talk often about the wonderful time in Parks when we visited on our 50th Anniversary. I always looked forward to your visits to Raleigh and our shared lunches and stories. Keep on keeping on; your life will continue to inspire people. animals and the joys of the great outdoors. Love surrounds you and you surround it. Elaine

Dearest Dorinda, As I drove through Flagstaff a month ago I passed the place we had some tea together a few years ago when we chatted about Resonance Repatterning and I sent you my silent Hello and Blessings!!!! You truly embodied equality consciousness and gave me your words of wisdom to always see everyone as a "whole" human being.  Thank you for your sweetness and authentic self.

Dear Dorinda,
You were like the " candle in the wind"....silently touching the lives of human and animal. You left your forever foot prints in the "winter snows" of Flagstaff, and your eternal "heart prints" in the lives of many. Thank you for being...thank you for your grace.

Dorinda - you have been and will always be an Angel in my life - and to many others. Your healing inspirations and wise and gentle words are still with me - even in your own hand. I will always cherish the gift of life that you helped me to find in more ways than one. Thank you.

My dear D - loving sister, spiritual guide, master muse, confidant. You will never be gone from me in spirit and your guidance is still working in me...peace, you know I love you, always and forever.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends who will miss Dorinda in the many, many days to come. She was a kind, loving, and compassionate person who will never be forgotten.

I had so much fun with Dorinda this summer. She was an amazing lady and I so enjoyed spending time with her. She made me look at the world in a more positive way and I thank her for that. We all need someone like her!

Beloved Dorinda, How lucky was I to have you as a sister! Being so close in age, we were able to share so much.  It is deeply touching to see how precious you were to so many. I can verify that all the adjectives that have been used by your friends are accurate.
