I met Doug in 1987 we both played Co-Ed Softball for my Uncle James softball team Cincinnati Rhinos he went to School for Created in Performing Arts like my sister Yediyah who he knew very well and thought a lot of he graduated in 1984 ! Doug would become more like a brother to me than just a friends over 33 years ,I spent a lot time over his crib in Clifton cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and watching movies from the 90s like A soldier's story , N2 deep ,Pearl Harbor and Sugar hill ,Newjersey drive Bronxtale Coming to America Remember the Titans(Let's talk football let's talk football ) we'd say after every Buckeyes win to name a few ! We never got a chance to attend a Buckeyes game together but it was good to hear he got to go with his friend Scott from work I was jealous but glad for him ..lol..,he was kool smart guy to hang out with. Doug didn't let a lot of people get close to him people thought he was quiet he wasn't tho he just wasn't loud as he would often tell you but very talented he design our uniforms for the softball team one year The Royals he had all kind of talent should've own his own business ,sorry he never got his screen printing business dream off the ground tho he always said Anthem was temporary and he loved his mom to death rest up Doug I'll check in on moms and make sure the college kids don't get out of hand for you I told moms she still has one boy left (Go Bucks )til we meet again my friend !
