I saw Aunt Louise last when my precious Grandfather Ed (Elwood) passed away. She was beautiful, cheerful and graceful. I never knew she went by Edith until the passed few years. I've gone by Edith my whole life..or Edie. I feel a real loss because I didn't get to see her again. I remember her always encouraging Grandpa to do his exercises and walk on his legs. I think she was like me and had two different Dad's throughout her life. The Dad of her youth was very rough around the edges to say the least, so was mine,(Louie). The great news is that both of them were Saved and took Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. My Grandfather invited me to church while I visited him in Ohio. My Dad became saved after my daughter confronted him and told him he needed to be saved. So not only do we have our first name in common but we got to see our Dads change into better men while they were still alive. Aunt Nora Mae always told me Grandma Edith loved going to church and watching the baptism's in Kearsley Lake. I wish I had the opportunity to know my lovely Aunt Edith, maybe I will see her again in Heaven someday. Only Jesus knows...
