UP DATE.

On the 12th May 2017 the Head of Legal and Democratic Services MR Fraser Bell at Aberdeen City Council instructs new investigation into the affairs of August the 19th 1976. 

Aberdeen City Council have refused family consent to place a memorial on mums resting place. MR Fraser Bell has past this to the Litgation Team to investigate various historcial problems left unresolved since I was in care. 

I have asked again for mother to have a memorial to be dedicated to her loving memory.

On todays date the 17 day of December 2013 I consider the lateness in time to give dedications we tribute our dear Mother and that, in the passage of time, it's clear in all evidence she did not or fade away. or die. 

And I thank family members for my forgiveness in my lateness, she knows now my mistakes in history and she knows I got her back in my life always.
