In late 1974 and early 75, Frank and I used to spend hours and hours sitting on the fence outside of the Red Barn on the campus of Clemson University, talking and laughing about all kinds of stuff. Interesting because neither one of us was especially extroverted. I remember those times like they were yesterday, and it seemed like they would never end. Bob Dylan once wrote a song (Bob Dylan's Dream) concerning the first few friends he had and how they would spend time together talking and laughing. The song closes with the lyrics "10,000 dollars at the drop of a hat, I'd give all gladly if our lives could be like that." Miss ya Buddy!
