Hilary, Carolyn, Martha and myself  were all so saddened to hear about the untimely death of Ing. Locht.  It was always a pleasure to speak with him.  Eventhough we didn't have the pleasure of knowing him personally, we always commented on his beautiful strong voice. A gentleman.    I need to share this story.   Carolyn who knew he had a title not understanding our way of calling him ING. Locht, thought was a priest.  She actually called him Father Locht once while on the phone with him.   I don't think he corrected her but continued with the conversation.  It wasn't until she told us "Father Locht" was on the phone that I let her know that he wasn't a priest.   Unbeknownst to him, since then, we called him "Father Locht" 


Our most sincere condolences to the family.

My best memories of you is all the times we went swimming at your house.  I really loved going to see the rays with you.  You helped me with my homework and I really wish you were here.

Dear Lito, I love you so much.  I know you had a happy life, I really hope you are happy in heaven too.  You are the best grandpa anyone can dream of, thank you for always being there for me and our family.  You are an amazing grandpa, we have so many great memories.

My best memories are spending all our birthdays togehter and going snorkeling with you.  I love you for ever.  And don't worry I will always remember you. Now is time to enjoy your new life with God.

I had the real priviledge of working with Guillermo as the newly appointed head of HR for Linde. I was truly impressed by his strategic thinking, his ability to make the complex simple and his ethical way of doing business. Guillermo was a charismatic man; a true mentor for many and incredible warm and authentic person. He will be truly missed. My thoughts go out to his wonderful family and friends.

Lito you have helped me when I have had trouble in math and shared no matter what when it is your birthday  you make sure nobody is missing and encourage me when I play soccer But the most important thing about you is your a happy human being you never give up I hope your happy up there in heaven we will remember you no matter what.
   Thank you for every thing you have done down here on earth. NOw time for you to rest.
