He came from Germany as a child. Eventually learned the English language spent time in the Air Force during Vietnam.  He use to fly. Weedhoppers then owned a Piper Tripacer plane.  Later on went to sailboats and has a Siedleman and an Islander. His mind was always on adventures he wanted to take.  When you took him anywhere especially with the grandchildren he acted like them.  Running  climbing and jumping around. After he retired he like to travel and went to many great places. Even though he was retired he enjoyed returning to work at Jackson a few days a week.  He loved his family dearly and always left an impression on everyone he met..  he had a fantastic ability to fix anything.  He will be truly missed.
