Sheriff Morgan was a great inspiration to me. He allowed me to ride as a special deputy at a very young age which led me to eventually pursue my career in law enforcement from which I am now retired. He was always kind and respectful. Rest In Peace Sheriff and thank you!

As a young boy I used to walk home from Eastside Elementary school. Then, Chief Morgan used to wait by his car as us kids crossed the street on our way home. He was always kind and spoke to us every day. That was over 45 years ago and still very impactful today. To his family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Our world could us so many more good men like him.

Please know that the Turnham family sends their deepest love and best thoughts at this time. Sheriff Morgan was a Chamber's County treasure and helped so many people. I will forever be appreciative for his support of our politics and activities. He is part of the greatest generation! Best regards. Joe

Faye:
I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad. Mr. James was someone I always enjoyed talking with at church. When I asked about you, he and your mom would beam with pride! I know you, Pam, and Randy will miss him greatly as will I and the entire community. May God grant you precious memories as you continue to progress the legacy of his life. -- Kenneth R. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. (Matthew 5:4)

May it be a source of inner strength to know that there's a loving God watching over you, and that, throughout this time of need, He'll stay close by your side.
