Wow, another year has passed. We all still miss Jane, and she has an important place in our lives. Opening up some older Christmas bins this year, I found a few items that were her favorites, they have been packed away since she passed. They brought back many happy memories of Christmases years ago. I also remember stories she told of her own childhood Christmas memories, so she is still with us as long as we all remember her.

Today is Jane's birthday, she would have been 71 today.
I still miss her, but am happy that I had the time I did.

Another tough day.
So much has happened in the last seven years since Jane passed away.
The grandkids are growing up, I'm getting older, and life just goes on.
We all miss you Jane, life has not been the same without you.
None of us will ever stop loving you or missing you.
We will carry on, each of us in our own ways, but you will forever be in our hearts.

Jane, we all still miss you.
This time of year is hard, because Christmas was Jane's favorite time of year.
She used to tell stories of the farmhouse when she was young, and anticipating opening up the storage to get out the decorations.
We all still enjoy the season, but it just is different now.
Everyone is doing well, kids and grandkids, but we all miss her.

Another year.....
We all still miss Jane, it is hard to think that it has been five years now.
Christmas was always Jane's favorite time of year, and so many memories of her doing the decorations.....
The kids are doing well, the grandkids are so much bigger now :-)
We carry on, as she would have wanted us to do, but we will never forget.

It's been four years today since Jane left us. These years have been challenging, with the whole family going through many changes. The one solid thing is that we all still miss her, and think of her daily.
She will always be in the center of my heart, and I miss her so much....

Today would have been Jane's 64th Birthday. We all miss her, her gentle spirit and loving nature. May today be a day to celebrate what she brought to all our lives, not the loss we are feeling. God has our angel in heaven this year on her birthday. Her love lives on in our memories and those children and grandkids he blessed her with while she was with us.

Jane brought such enjoy to my cousin. She lite the world with her smile and her giggle as she laughed at things. We were all blessed to have known her the past 25 years that she graced our family.

I spent many days as a child with Jane swinging over the river, gathering lilacs and reading books. A brilliant soul.

Jane was a bright, entertaining sister as we were growing up. A great reader, always, she would, for example, sweep the floor with a book in one hand. Jane amused Pam, Paula, and me by reciting word for word conversations from "Mad" magazine satires on movies and TV series. I always thought she'd be a famous writer when she retired. It is immensely sad to have her life cut so short.
