Please accept my sympathies for the recent passing of your mother, Laura V. I had the privilege of working with her for several years with the City of Springfield prior to her having health issues. She made it a point to stop in at work to see me a couple times every year after she left and her visit always made my day. She was a wonderful lady and she will definitely be missed. God Bless!

To Laura's family, I loved her dearly and will miss her. She was an amazing woman that loved her family. I feel like I know each and every one of you from our many long conversations over the years.
