Today is the anniversary of your death and I am feeling particularly alone. It is cold and dreary in Michigan. -8 tonight. It was similar the afternoon you died. Rest in Peace.
It soon will be September 27. That day will always be remembered as my Mother's date of birth. A sad part of that day is that her oldest son, Robert, whom she especially loved was buried on that same day, so long ago now. The irony of it was not lost on her.
This is a memory page for my Mother, who worked hard all of her days, and who, I feel, will be remembered by many. She married @21 and was married for 50 years, until her husband passed. She possessed many talents; playing the piano, sewing, and crocheting, but her most noteworthy talent was her capacity for hard work.
