Last night was a very special moment that I will cherish forever! Matt and I were able to speak briefly. The other friends that were around us, and the environment we were in, definitely let me know that he is at peace, and doing great! It had been sometime that we had spoke, but this will be the 3rd or 4th time we've spoken since he has passed. I woke up crying/laughing so I know he knows that he will always be in my thoughts. Until we see each other again my man. 

Matt- thinking of you today and many days at the office. I miss your smiling face!

Running 8 miles this morning with a couple of our "marathoners" in you honor.

Matt was truly one of a kind & a wonderful guy. I will always remember his big smile & incredible thoughtfulness. He is very missed.

Matt was able to impact more people in 31 years than most do in a full lifetime. We met in a time of grief and he was stronger, more positive and nuturing than any of us at BDO could ever have imagined. I am honored to have met Matt and I know his love will live on in everyone he touched.

Though I didn't get to know Matt personally, his smile and professionalism is what I remember. I am truly sorry his time with us was so brief but hope that we all find solace in how lived and would like to be remembered.

I'll miss Matt & his compassion greatly. When a young friend of ours lost her father at an early age Matt quietly came into my office and handed me his contact information to give to her. He let me know that he'd lost his dad too & wanted to help her in any way he could. He had never met her, but felt connected and wanted to help carry her through such a difficult time. God Bless U Matt

I really enjoyed working with Matt. It was clear that he cared deeply about people and worked hard to make others' lives better every day. Matt was honest, earnest, hard working, and a real joy to be around. I will miss him.

What I'll remember most about Matt is that big smile, big heart, his love for sports, and how he could turn just about anything into an instrument. He may have been 7 years my junior, but he had an old soul. He was an all round, special guy, and his memory & spirit will live on, eternally.

Matt was my roommate freshman year of college, and he taught me so many of the things that I value in my life, some that I didn't realize he was responsible for until after I heard of his passing. He taught me to enjoy & appreciate music, instead of just listening to it. I also have two great friends in my life whose friendship began with introductions from Matt. He'll forever be missed!

Although are paths only crossed for a short amount of time, he was an easy guy to relate to and have an immediate connection with. Our common love of sports intially brought us together. He was always the organizer when it came to office pools and NCAA brackets! Matt was a giver, always wanting to help in any way. I will miss him.
