Moji,

It feels just like yesterday. It is still so unreal, to think that you're no longer here. I think about you every single day and I miss you terribly. Continue to rest in peace!

What is a sister? She’s the friend you’ve grown up with but never outgrew, she shares favourite memories and good times with you… She knows you and loves you, she’s got a big heart, she’s someone who’s been there for you, from the start.

Moji, I saw these words and they are so apt. My big sis, lifelong friend, who was always there for me. We would have been celebrating your 50th birthday today. Hardly a moment goes by when I don’t think about you. The void you left can never be filled, but the beautiful memories will always remain. Happy birthday in heaven, I’m sure you’ll be having a quiet celebration. Love you always, sis

Dcns Moji Benson, what can we say, we cannot query or question our God who does things in His own way for He has apportioned everything for His own glory. Alleluia.

The song writer says ' I shall pass through this world but once, any good thing I can do, any kindness and goodness I can show, to prove my worth to humanity and to any human alive, let me do it now, let me not defer, let me not neglect it, for I shall never, never,  pass through this world but once'.

Our dearly beloved Dcns Moji, you have displayed the above qualities and many more including bringing many to the Kingdom of God in the ways God Almighty has enabled and empowered you .

You have wade through life's sea once,  never again will it come back. You have run the good race. Dcns rest from your labours because your good works do follow you.
We love you but Jesus Christ loves you the more. Sleep on darling Sister till we meet to part no more. Sleep on in the Bosom of the Lord. Good night.

The Holy Spirit will continue to minister unto our dear Pastor, your children, families, every member of Christ Faith Tabernacle Church worldwide and all your loved ones in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Dear Moji,

When I heard the sad news of your demise, it was a great shock, but, shortly afterwards, all that flashed through my mind (and still resonates with me) was your smile. A unique smile! You smiled from the depth of your heart. There was a tranquility to it. It gives me peace that you are with our Creator, but, know that you will never be forgotten. Almighty God will comfort all your loved ones. This is His assurance. May your soul rest in peace. Amen.

Dcns Moji Benson, you fought a good fight, you finished the race well and have kept the faith. You’ve gone back to your maker for the crown of righteousness. It was a great privilege to evangelise together for the great commission. You will be missed greatly. Sleep well in the bosom of the Lord.

Moji my dearest cousin, our God has called you home too soon, if only we were forewarned so we would have made the most of the time we had and tell you how much we love you. A world without you is a reality we are not ready to face. I take solace in the fact that you had a good life, even though it was too short. For “It is not length of life, but depth of life” that matters. May your gentle soul continue to rest in the blossom of the Lord. Rest In Peace.

Moji - It's ok Lape, don't grieve as one who has no hope.
Lape - But you were so young, beautiful inside and out, your husband, the children......
Moji - My heart couldn't bear to think of a separation but God is in control.
Lape - You had the most beautiful eyes, and your smile could melt any heart.
Moji - yes, angel Gabriel just gave me the fattest lamb chop (we both laugh)
Lape - But seriously Moji, God could have saved you... to think you went to Bristol for the furtherance of the gospel
Moji - God did save me Lape, in His own way.
Lape - We love you so much Moji, it hurts.... the tears won't stop coming as I think of you.
Moji - I'm at rest Lape. All things are new, all things.
Lape - Looks like God is taking His best out of the scene.
Moji - I know (we burst into laughter again) Lape - modesty, modesty!
Moji - Heaven is real Lape, live for it! Let all who feel the pain of my demise tune to heaven's frequency. When we live for heaven, even when life is gone, God becomes our life.

Written in honour of a very dear friend and sister - Moji Benson nee Fakeye.
Rest on beautiful one ✝️❤️

My dearest sweet and gentle sister Dcns Moji. So loving so humble so kind so thoughtful. Always ready to help, generous, kind, funny, warm a true sister indeed. I remember the first time I met you Ore was barely 2 years old then when you came to pick him from Sunday School. You have been a constant inspiration to us as a woman of God firmly supporting your husband in the ministry. As a wife, mother, confidant, business magnate, sister and leader you were the epitome of excellence and commitment. You put all your effort into the church, family and business. I recall during our sons wedding, you were the first to arrive and supported us throughout. I still have my notes from all your business tips. We had many seasons of laughter and some times of sorrow too.
I bless the Lord for the times we all shared you will never be forgotten. May the Lord sustain and strengthen Pastor Benson, Ore, Tise, Dcns sisters and the whole family.
Rest in peace dearest sister till we meet again. Love always,

Pretty and gentle Moji. Like a flower you were here for a beautiful moment. My most precious memories are the times spent with you all during my school breaks. We were all so young, happy and full of smiles. And then life sent us off to worlds apart. But God was kind to bring us together one more time for another lasting memory. I can still see your smile as we came together with the family...our kids...to enjoy an evening at 805. In this busy life we took a moment to smell the roses....What a lovely family time with you....what a blessing!...a time to always cherish in my heart....love always dear cousin.....you are shining with God......Adenrele

I knew Moji since way back.

First running into herself and sister in their hood and then coincidentally on campus at LASU back in the early 90s.

Both sisters famously becoming the story of 'black and white . . .'

Moji was quiet, composed, focused and very deliberate. You could tell she was special. Someone with an uncommon aura and calmness.

To think I've not come across her physically in over two and a half decades, however - Memories of my friendship with her family; mum, sisters, uncles, aunties and cousins still lingers.

We are consoled by the comforting words that:

'Those we LOVE don't die'

Moji lives on in OUR hearts.
May she rest in peace.
Amen.

Moji Benson... you have left too soon, but I believe you have gone to be with our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will forever remember you as that very quiet, humble and simple lady who ran her Christian race with total dedication and commitment, without yielding to any distractions. Yes, you loved and served the Lord. I pray that our Lord Jesus Christ will comfort and strengthen your husband, Pastor Kehinde Benson, your children, your siblings and extended family at this very difficult time.
Rest in perfect peace Moji Benson. You will forever be missed.

Sister Moj, (like some of us fondly called you)

This is hard to write .

Where do i start?
You were beautiful in and out, very reserved, you opened your mouth with wisdom and spoke intelligently.
You didnt want stress and you didnt stress anyone.

When you were in PT and our husbands were prayer leaders, we all had a good fellowship together,  pouring out our minds with prayer requests was a norm, we were comfortable with each other like one big family. Ore was comfortable at ours and so was Milola at yours.

I remember when you called me years ago for tips to start your bag business saying you want a side business, you humbly took a lot in and you put the business on levels which i am really proud of even today.

This news of your passing on is sooo hard to comprehend and has got us thinking a lot.
We love you but we know God loves you best and you're in a better place experiencing Gods peace and comfort.

Sleep well sis.
Our prayer is that God will comfort and strengthen  Pastor K , Ore, Tish , Labukun and all members of the family in Jesus name. Amen

Love always Ade and Fela Adelekan

You are a sister and a half....those were among the last words I said to you via chat message when you sent me bday greetings in november.
Sis Moji lived with so much poise and quiet confidence,I was persuaded that she came into this world with a manual or playbook.
I took for granted that life on this divide is finite and always at the back of my mind expected to share the joke/story of how she tried to teach me how to spell Ladi bobo at age 4 or how when it was her graduation from FGGC new busa, I travelled with my late Dad (your uncle)to her school and watched him beaming with pride when she won the award from best behaved student or even her law school graduation where the experience was similar.
I haven't seen you in about 9 yrs, but you have always been just a call away or a chat message away when I needed advice, or someone to pray with.
You are most loved dear sis.You lived your life in a way worthy of emulation by many and I will never get over your loss..but I am assured of your eternal rest with the lord .This I can take comfort in.

I remembered then in LASU, it was your sister Toyin that I knew being in the same faculty but you always had sweet smile as a form of greeting. I later met your big sis Kemi when she was posted to the legal dept. of my Ministry. MYSD. May God grant you rest and be with the family.
You have fought the good fight and heaven has gained an Angel.
Rest on gentle soul.
