I am so sorry for your struggle Natalie. For years we sat as close as we could get to each other in Spanish class. I miss you and send all my love to your family and friends. Mi Primavera, You were just like the springtime, warm and lovely. I am heartbroken, but I take some comfort in knowing that you are free from pain. I am so lucky to have had you in my life. Your smile will live on in my memories forever.

I remember going to the book signing here in Sandpoint and thinking about how smart and composed Natalie was and how proud Doris was of her. I bought her book and gave it to my daughter's to give to their kids. She will be missed by many people. Rest in Peace, Natalie.

The world surrendered yet another beautiful and amazing human, what seems to be far before their time. I very much enjoyed catching up with you a few weeks ago, as we hadn't really talked since college. I know that your struggle is over, and you are at peace now. My thoughts and well wishes go out to you and all those whose lives you have touched.

Rip sweet Natalie! I will always remember your smile and sweet personality! My most favorite weeks at Rawhide were the weeks you and Greg were there! I'm so glad I had the privilege of knowing you! I pray that God surrounds your family with so much love during this hard time!

Natalie, the world weeps when a beautiful and gifted young woman feels despair so profound that her only alternative is to walk in front a train. You leave behind you so many broken hearts. We can only imagine how dreadfully sad you must have felt. Rest peacefully, dear girl, for you brought great joy to your family and friends.

U have always been my role model since I was a kid. The connection and understanding u had with me was unreal. I was always able to come to u about everything and anything . I'll never forget that time u were babysitting my sisters & I , and u made up this game called "black car" ha u played that game with us for hours upon hours. I'll never forget singing dr jones with u over & over& over till I think we actually broke our Aqua cd . Lol . This will be the first year I won't get to hear your sweet sounding voice wishing me a happy birthday on Sunday. :(

I remember the first time I met you on Halloween, for obvious reasons we didn't get along so great at first and we frequently argued and bickered! But as the years went on and we spent more time together as a family we bonded and formed a wonderful relationship as brother and sister that I will never forget. You will be missed dearly and I will cherish the memories we have, especially the time we almost sold you to the Turkish mafia guy for a ride home in London!! I'm sad that inwill never be able to talk to you again and see your beautiful smile but I am also relieved that you are not suffering anymore too. Rest in peace Natty.

I was so looking forward to buying Natalie's first novel, having one of her award-winning paintings hang on my wall, learning from her insights into mental disorder. We've all lost so much, with her departure.

Even as my 5-year-old flower girl, you had a special spark that I so admired. You lit up the world for so many people and I will treasure your memory forever.
