I have no idea where he is now … all I know is that he is still around. Very close , we shared our best stories during our engineering days, played badminton for years. We used to call him “ SLOW”. Because he was always slow in everything he used to do , he never used to break his head.. but he was a very smart person, very intelligent….A very cool and a handsome guy. Extremely good hearted person - very very emotional guy ..we both shared one of the best time for more than a decade. Our best spot was chamundi hills where we used to go almost two to three times a week bunking classes. We used to smoke one cigarette ..  we used to share that equally. 
we used to talk about life after our engineering , after our marriage , during old age and even death too. Many a times he used to tell me - “ Yashu .. we don’t know when we will die .. let us freak out life “. Left too early but he is always in my heart and will be too. I have pages and pages to write …. anyways .. good job Chetan .. 

It was during 1994-1995 , I was staying in a room , Pretty small in size 10 feet by 10 feet called Rathan Mahal .He also just completed his degree and was searching for his job . He always dropped me at my working place at MG Road and used to attend interviews and stayed in my room . This went for several months , and dinner at some place or in room . He is so jovial and  down to earth person , he never complained once , because in house facilities  is very bad . Inspite of this we had wonderful time , always joking , laugher filled in my room always .
I still enjoy and cherish those wonderful  memorise.I really miss you br

It was 26th Aug 2020 when I had a last word with Naveen Sir, I had reached Bangalore, Naveen sir came from Mysore. We had a plan to meet and buy a laptop for his son. I'm so unfortunate that this meeting did not happen and I kept on waiting. The next day by evening I see he has gone for ever.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ತುಂಬಾ ಸನಿಹನಾದ
ಶಾಂತ ಸ್ವಭಾವದ ನವೀನ್ ಕೋಪ ಮಾಡ್ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆ ನೋಡಿಲ್ಲ. 
ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ late ಆದ್ರೂ ಪರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ರೆ partyಗೆ late ಆಗಬಾರದು ಅನ್ನೋ ಸರಳ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತ ನವೀನದು. 
ನನ್ನ ಲಗ್ನಪತ್ರದ ಮುದ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ೧೧ ರವರೆಗೆ ಜಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುತ್ತಿದ ಮೇಲೆ "ಈಗ ತೀರ್ಥ ಆಗಬೇಕಮ್ಮ" ಅಂತ ದಣಿವಾರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಒಂದು ಸುಂದರ ನೆನಪು.

ಹೀಗೆ ಅದೆಷ್ಟೋ ಸವಿ ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋದ ನವೀನ್ ನನ್ನ ಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ನವೀನ ಚಿರಾಯು.
